THE CHALLENGE

Lauren's audience everyday women who had lost touch with their personal style were overwhelmed by wardrobes that no longer fit their lives, frustrated with impulse purchases they never wore, and quietly longing to feel like themselves again. They weren't looking for more fashion content. They were looking for someone who actually understood them.


THE OPPORTUNITY

The colour analysis world had a problem. Most brands focused on rules what you couldn't wear, which palette you belonged to. The imagery was polished, unattainable, and quietly intimidating. For the woman standing in front of that wardrobe, it felt like just another space where she didn't quite fit.

Lauren believed something different and the opportunity was to build a brand bold enough to say it out loud.

Colour analysis is about discovering new possibilities, not limiting your choices. It's an exploration of shades that enhance, not restrict, your wardrobe.

THE OUTCOME

Colour Capsule exists to help everyday women feel like the best version of themselves through intentional wardrobe choices — not through restrictive rules or chasing trends, but through discovering the colours and styles that genuinely work for them, so that getting dressed becomes joyful rather than stressful.

At its heart, Colour Capsule offers a personalised, empowering approach to colour analysis. One that prioritises individuality, sustainability, and long-lasting impact because fashion isn't just about how you look. It's about how you feel.

The visual identity pairs bold confidence with genuine warmth — a vibrant palette of Tangerine, Lilac, and Lime that feels energetic without being intimidating, with a playful hand-cut collage aesthetic that makes the brand feel as real and joyful as the women it's designed for. The Shopify store, content system, and reusable templates then brought that story online — cohesive, conversion-focused, and built to grow without ever losing Lauren's voice.
