Tech untangled. Systems to set you free

PROJECT SCOPE

Brand Strategy | Visual Identity | Brand Application

THE CHALLENGE

Kiah had been running a thriving systems consultancy for over a decade, but her brand wasn't keeping up. Two things were holding her back: a visual identity that felt flat and disconnected from who she actually is, and positioning that seriously undersold her. Because Kiah wasn't just setting people up with tools. She was untangling whole businesses, shifting the way founders think, and giving them back their time, their headspace, and their sanity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The systems and tech space is packed with soft, safe brands - blush palettes, rounded fonts, and reassuring-but-forgettable everything. Most competitors are talking about removing overwhelm. Nobody was owning the real outcome: the confidence that comes when you finally know what you're doing and why. The clarity. The freedom of a backend that actually works.

Kiah's warm, no-BS, slightly nerdy personality was her biggest point of difference. And it wasn't showing up anywhere.

THE OUTCOME

Kiah’s brand was built around one single truth creating space for what matters. Not just fixing tech but opening up possibility. Space to pause. Space to play. Space for possibility.

At the heart of it was a deliberate decision to sidestep the "tech guru" archetype entirely. The shift from removing overwhelm to creating freedom is subtle but it changes everything it positions her as someone who builds something, not just someone who cleans up the mess.

That thinking crystallised into a single positioning line: Tech Untangled. Systems to set you free. It names the problem, signals the solution, and hints at the bigger emotional payoff without overexplaining anything.

THE RESULTS

  • A positioning that separates Kiah from both the polished corporate operators and the VA tech helpers giving her a clear, ownable lane in a crowded space.

  • The launch of Nerd Girl Cafe a membership community that grew directly out of the rebrand, made possible by a brand strong enough to hold something bigger than one-to-one work

  • A brand system built to scale, with a voice, visual identity, and messaging framework that flexes across consulting, digital products, education, and community

“Bec truly understood our business, our audience,
and the right messages to communicate. The result was a brand identity and website that not only look incredible but feel perfectly aligned with who we are.”
